Save The Theatre

The State Theatre has been creating memories for all ages since 1921, and the Zumbrota Area Arts Council (ZAAC) wants to ensure these memories continue to be part of our future. This is why ZAAC, with the help of the volunteers of “SAVE the State Theatre,” wants to purchase the theatre and convert it into a multi-use auditorium that will show movies, and present plays, dance recitals, concerts, and other community activities.

Our initial goal is to raise $250,000 to purchase and renovate the theatre. By acting now, you have the opportunity to “SAVE the State Theatre” for
generations to come!
